Power up fitness has been awesome to me. I have opted for PT. I was given diet plan and strength training program. Rohan sir has good knowledge of the all the things. The gym vibe is nice. This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I have been personally guided by Mr. Sachin Giri who is really helping me in my weight loss journey. Also he give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
