The Power Up team, instructors, trainers, partners, and employees cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, thefts, or unintended health effects caused by the consumption of supplements or other health products.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Members are responsible for their own health and physical condition. It is essential that members inform the trainers about any pre-existing medical conditions or history before starting any program. Trainers will provide tailored instructions starting with simpler postures and lower weights based on the member’s health conditions. Members must acknowledge that activities such as strength training, yoga, Zumba, and the use of gym equipment inherently carry a risk of injury. It is critical to avoid training activities or postures that cause extreme pain and immediately communicate any discomfort to the trainer. Protein intake plays a crucial role in achieving fitness goals, such as weight management, muscle gain, and strength improvement. The appropriate quantity of protein should be determined in consultation with health experts such as doctors, dieticians, or nutritionists, as it depends on the individual’s physical condition and workout intensity.

Membership & Fees

Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Members are expected to wear appropriate outfits during practice as instructed by the trainer and to follow all safety guidelines during sessions. Rushing into or out of postures, strength training, cardio, or dance practices should be avoided, as should peer pressure that may lead to engaging in activities beyond one’s physical capability. Rest intervals must be taken as required based on individual physical conditions, and members with medical conditions must adhere to specific restrictions as guided by the trainers. Members should immediately report any issues experienced during practice to the trainer.

Liability Disclaimer

Members are solely responsible for ensuring their physical readiness for training and are encouraged to make health-related decisions in conjunction with qualified medical practitioners. Power Up Fitness Center and its team cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or thefts that occur during practice or on or near the premises. Additionally, the center is not responsible for unintended health effects resulting from the consumption of protein or other health supplement products.

Agreement Confirmation

By completing the registration and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must contact the Power Up team within two days of registration.
